HOW WE START
With a diagnostic, not a proposal. We map how work actually moves through the business, where it stops, what each stoppage costs, and which of those points are worth changing. You receive a written assessment with a prioritised roadmap, an estimate of effort and expected return for each item, and an explicit statement of what we would leave alone. That document is useful to you whether or not you engage us further.
HOW WE DELIVER
Scoping, build, integration with your existing systems, migration, deployment, training and support, handled end to end. You have one point of contact throughout. Where specialist capability is required we bring it in and we manage it, so the coordination burden stays with us rather than with your team.
HOW WE ARE ENGAGED
On fixed scope for a defined project, or as an ongoing engagement. Deliverables, timeline and acceptance criteria are agreed in writing before work begins. We are accountable for the result, not for the hours.
