Some searches do not fit a category. DEALFAST accepts mandates on any asset where discretion and direct access decide the outcome. Works of art, gold, diamonds, watches, aircraft, private companies. Our value is in what we can reach and what we can prove, not in what we hold.
THE MANDATE
Fine art, gold and precious metals, diamonds and coloured stones, watches, aircraft, private companies, minority stakes in operating businesses, land, rights, collections. The asset class changes, the method does not. There is a holder who has not decided to sell, there is a reason they might, and there is a way of asking that does not damage your position or announce your intentions to a market.
The same logic decides where a transaction should happen. A public saleroom announces your interest, invites competition against you, and marks a work for years if it fails to sell. A private transaction protects both sides: the buyer is not bid up, the seller is not exposed to a public result. The finest works have always moved this way, and so have the finest stones.
OUR NETWORK
We work with collectors and their advisers, with estates and foundations, with the small circle of dealers who transact rather than display, with refiners and vault operators, with gemmological laboratories and cutters, and with the restorers and specialists who know where a particular piece has been sitting for thirty years. Confidentiality is what keeps this network open to us. We never disclose who holds what, and we never disclose who is looking.
In unfamiliar asset classes our value is not that we know everything, it is that we know how to find and qualify the person who does. We assemble the right specialist for each mandate, a valuer, a gemmologist, an assayer, a sector lawyer, and we carry the coordination ourselves.
WHAT WE VERIFY
Nothing reaches you unexamined, and the examination is independent of the seller.
Art. Provenance traced as far as the record allows, with particular attention to the periods where gaps matter. Authenticity confirmed by the artist's foundation, committee or the recognised authority. Condition assessed independently, including previous restoration. Title, any restitution claim, export licensing and the tax position in both jurisdictions.
Gold and precious metals. Refiner, serial and assay confirmed, an unbroken chain of custody, and allocated storage documented rather than promised.
Diamonds and coloured stones. Certification from a recognised laboratory, with origin, treatment and any enhancement stated in writing rather than implied by silence.
Everything else. Ownership, encumbrance, operating history and the standing of the seller, scaled to what the asset warrants.
If any of these cannot be resolved, we say so and we advise you not to proceed.
WHAT WE COMMIT TO
We will tell you at the outset whether we believe a search is realistic, what it will require, and what it will cost. We would rather decline a mandate than take one we cannot execute, and we will say so plainly rather than bill you to find out.
THE SELL SIDE
If you hold an exceptional asset, a work, a collection, a parcel of stones or a holding, and want to exit without publicity, we approach a short, qualified list of buyers, disclose nothing without your written agreement, and control the pace so that the market never learns the asset was available.
